Every car wash runs on three essentials: water, power, air.Let us be the air you can count on.
Everything that moves, sprays, and shines in a modern wash is fed by compressed air. We supply wash operators and the companies that build for them, and we size compressors for tunnels, in-bay automatics, and self-serve sites nationwide.
Where the air goes
Tunnel equipment
Air cylinders run the tunnel: gates, rollers, arch movement, applicator positioning. When the air sags, the equipment hesitates, and a hesitating tunnel backs cars into the street.
Chemical delivery
Air-operated diaphragm pumps move your presoak, soap, and wax all day. They only pump as well as the air behind them, and they hate water in the line.
Finish & detail
Tire shine applicators, blow-off at the exit, air tools in the detail bays. The finish the customer actually touches rides on clean, dry air.
Doors & winter
Air-operated bay doors and freeze protection matter most on the mornings everything else wants to quit. Reliable air is the difference between opening on time and not.
Match the unit to the wash
Express tunnel
Long hours, seven days, near-continuous demand while cars are rolling. That is rotary screw territory: 100% duty cycle, no rest time needed.
In-bay automatic
Cyclical demand with gaps between washes. A properly sized two-stage piston with tank capacity handles it, and rotary screw buys headroom for a second bay.
Self-serve bays
Lighter, intermittent air. A two-stage piston sized with honest headroom runs for years. Add bays, add CFM: we will do that math with you.
A wash is a wet building, and moisture is the number one killer of the diaphragm pumps and cylinders your air feeds. Every tunnel quote we do includes arefrigerated dryer and filtration sized to the compressor, not bolted on as an afterthought.
We're already in your industry
Wash operators and car wash equipment companies buy from us today, and we walk The Car Wash Show every year. Tell us your tunnel length, bay count, and hours, and you will get a straight answer from people who know what a wet Saturday rush does to an air system.
Size the air for your wash.
Tunnel, in-bay, or self-serve: tell us the site and we'll spec the compressor, dryer, and filtration in one quote.
